Tipper superstructures Grunwald

Grunwald is a manufacturer of two types of tipper surestructure: box-type and half-pipe.

Parameters:

Main advantages of box-type: high rigidity, sufficient safety margin, reliable operation of the hydraulic system; body volume from 16 to 22 cubic meters; suitable for installation on the chassis with the wheel formula 6x4, 6x6, 8x4 and 8x8.

Main advantages of half-pipe: half-pipe body at a 30% lighter in comparison with box-type bodies; the number of welds in the half-pipe body structure is less than 60%, which is an important parameter for assessing the manufacturability; body volume from 16 to 22 cubic meters; suitable for installation on the chassis with the wheel formula 6x4, 6x6, 8x4, 8x6 and 8x8; production of a frame from the steel, identical to a chassis frame allows to bring together their mechanical characteristics and to increase service life of the vehicle.
